Sales Executive

Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects, and executing sales and marketing strategies. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service, handling customer complaints and inquiries, and contributing to both individual and company sales goals. Key duties include monitoring market trends, managing sales collections, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities and Duties

Proactively identify and pursue new sales prospects to generate business opportunities. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients. Demonstrate strong planning and execution skills in sales and marketing strategies. Foster positive relationships with customers through professional and high-quality service. Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently. Contribute to achieving both individual and company-wide sales goals. Keep track of market trends and monitor competitor activities. Manage sales collections effectively. Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize results.

Qualifications and Requirements

Preferably have 2 years of relevant sales experience in the printing and packaging industry. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and objectives. Knowledge of the printing industry is a plus. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and initiative. Capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Computer literate. Hold a Class 3 driving license and possess a personal vehicle.
