Sous Chef

Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and cook a wide selection of cafe fare, including breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, soups, pastries, and other popular choices. * Consistently ensure the taste and quality of all food meet or surpass the expectations of our customers. * Create imaginative and appealing menus designed to satisfy a variety of customer palates and dietary needs. * Maintain thorough records of food inventory, keep track of stock levels, and proactively plan for ingredient needs. * Adhere to proper cooking methods, food safety guidelines, and health regulations at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience working as a Chef within a cafe environment or a similar food service establishment. * Comprehensive knowledge of diverse cooking techniques, menu creation, and food preparation methods. * Demonstrated ability to design and implement creative and visually appealing menus.
