Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our front-of-house team. You will play a key role in driving the financial success of the restaurant, leading a high-performing service team, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure a seamless and efficient service flow. * Lead, motivate, and mentor the service team to consistently achieve sales and service targets. * Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment that is always ready to welcome guests. * Take ownership of the restaurant's overall performance and ensure all operational responsibilities are met. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to ensure their complete satisfaction and loyalty. * Manage reservations effectively to optimize table turnover and enhance the overall customer experience. * Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement service initiatives aimed at improving team performance. * Drive sales and lead the team to achieve set revenue goals. * Coordinate all reservations to ensure optimal restaurant capacity while prioritizing the guest experience. * Take full ownership and responsibility for the assigned restaurant, ensuring smooth service flow in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident status. * A minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant or food and beverage service management role. * A friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality. * A strong ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
