Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service * Take and process orders accurately at the counter or tables * Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and light food items * Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and café areas * Assist with stock replenishment and café upkeep * Handle cash, POS transactions, and respond to customer inquiries * Follow food safety, hygiene, and café service standards * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 1 year of F&B service experience preferred * Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude * Able to work in a fast-paced café environment * Team-oriented and reliable
