We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused manager to ensure smooth service operations and create a welcoming dining atmosphere. Responsibilities and Duties

* Direct and guide the service staff, creating and managing their work schedules. * Welcome and assist patrons, guiding them through our self-service ordering system. * Maintain a clean and orderly dining space, ensuring tables and areas are presentable. * Replenish condiments and sauces as needed, ensuring customer convenience. * Gather customer feedback to improve our food and service quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Ability to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking customers. * Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. * Minimum of three years of prior experience in a similar restaurant management role. * Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus, but not mandatory; we'll facilitate training if needed.
