Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will lead and inspire a team, maintain our high standards of food and beverage quality, and manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from customer service to financial management.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. * Coordinate and supervise all aspects of service, ensuring every customer enjoys a positive and memorable experience. * Monitor the quality of food and beverages, ensuring they consistently meet our established high standards. * Manage inventory, order necessary supplies, and handle budgetary and financial operations effectively. * Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of waitstaff, cooks, and other restaurant personnel. * Address customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback with professionalism and diplomacy. * Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal abilities. * Proven ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to effectively motivate and lead a team to achieve common goals. * Solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to food service.
