Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the daily workflow of your assigned kitchen station, ensuring consistently high-quality food production. * Contribute to the creative process by assisting in the development of new menu items and refining existing recipes. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. * Support the professional growth of team members by setting clear performance and development goals. * Assist the lead chef in managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels. * Implement proper food and beverage storage procedures, minimizing waste and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies. * Foster a collaborative environment by communicating and coordinating effectively with other departments. * Work closely with chefs of all levels, contributing to a cohesive and efficient kitchen team. * Undertake additional tasks as directed by management or stakeholders. * Prepare dishes according to established kitchen standards and procedures.
