Responsibilities and Duties
- Implement policies, operating procedures, and enforce rules for spa staff (therapists, hourly staff, and leaders) - Conduct payroll, manage schedules, process product/retail orders, and maintain timekeeping - Oversee staff talent development including interviewing, training, evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions - Ensure efficient daily spa operations, staff engagement, safety, and compliance with procedures - Manage and monitor operational budget, including Profit & Loss reviews, labor management, and inventory control - Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies or concerns - Maintain employee files, licenses, and certifications - Report departmental issues to the Director with recommendations for solutions - Maintain departmental assets and ensure areas are clean and organized - Resolve guest complaints, employee concerns, emergencies, and payment discrepancies - Ensure timely and professional resolution of guest challenges - Maintain adequate staffing and supply levels to maximize service and revenue - Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience - Knowledgeable in spa services with passion for wellness and self-care - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Ability to manage operations, budgeting, and staff performance - Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and holidays
