Description
The Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing essential administrative and customer service support to the sales team. Key duties include answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and appointments, and following up on orders. This role involves managing sales leads, generating reports, and providing the sales team with data and resources to optimize performance. Additionally, the Sales Support Executive will process orders, handle urgent requests, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive account management and troubleshooting. The position also requires maintaining an organized filing system, arranging logistics for equipment deliveries, and supporting executive teams with administrative tasks while reporting unusual activity to supervisors.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Responding to customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales appointments, and following up on order statuses. * Compiling a daily list of sales leads, assigning them to the sales team, and providing necessary sales data and guides. * Developing and tracking performance metrics for sales and staff, managing sales tracking tools, and preparing reports. * Timely creation and processing of orders, including sales quotations, handling urgent order requests, and reviewing pending orders to ensure customer satisfaction. * Managing customer accounts, following up on administrative matters, and offering troubleshooting support for orders, account statuses, and other issues. * Performing data entry for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information while maintaining an organized filing system. * Assisting with administrative tasks for the company’s executives and management teams. * Coordinating logistics for equipment delivery. * Reporting any unusual activities to supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements
* No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. * Business-minded with a focus on sales and customer success. * Strong communication skills in English. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in an office setting. * Capable of multitasking, working under pressure to meet deadlines, and managing extended hours during month-end closing. * Attuned to business needs while maintaining high-quality work and ensuring full compliance. * Eagerness to learn new skills and product knowledge. * Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
