Seeking Retail Associates / Senior Retail Associates to support day-to-day retail operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales performance. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

- Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador - Achieve individual sales and store sales targets - Perform cashiering duties and various payment transactions in-store - Manage in-store visual merchandising display and floor-set changes - Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers - Work with the Manager to handle customer complaints effectively
