SUPERVISOR

Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to oversee the daily operations of our busy seafood restaurant. This role demands a strong leader who can ensure seamless service, manage a dynamic team, and create a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee all daily restaurant activities, ensuring efficient and smooth operations. * Manage and coordinate the waiter staff, including scheduling and guest seating arrangements. * Act as a liaison between the kitchen and service staff, facilitating excellent communication to deliver top-quality food and service. * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer concerns professionally. * Be available to work on Sundays and public holidays. * Effectively communicate in both English and Chinese. * Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the restaurant industry is preferred. * Strong organizational and leadership skills. * Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese. * Ability to work as part of a team.
