Housekeeping Supervisor

Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for allocating daily room duties to Room Attendants, conducting briefings, and addressing any special guest requirements. This role involves monitoring room status, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met, and reporting any defects for follow-up. The Supervisor is also tasked with ensuring adequate supplies of linen and guest amenities.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Assign daily room tasks to Room Attendants * Conduct daily briefings and record any special guest requirements * Monitor room status and report any discrepancies * Inspect room cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance * Report defects and ensure follow-up actions are taken * Ensure adequate supply of linen and guest amenities

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience in the hotel industry * Willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
