Supervisor Service Crew

Description

We are looking for a driven and seasoned individual to take on the role of Service Team Leader. This person will guide and direct our service staff, ensuring seamless daily operations, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and fostering a positive and productive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Direct and coordinate the daily activities of the service team. * Ensure all team members follow established company guidelines, procedures, and quality standards. * Track and maintain consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. * Provide training, guidance, and constructive feedback to service team members. * Create and manage staff schedules to guarantee adequate coverage during all shifts. * Oversee the cleanliness and organization of both the service and dining areas. * Address and resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner. * Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply ordering as needed. * Ensure adherence to all health and safety guidelines. * Provide management with regular updates on operational issues and team performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree is advantageous). * Demonstrated experience in the food service or hospitality sector, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership capacity. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards. * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
