Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and present a diverse range of Pan-Asian dishes, focusing on flavor balance and artistic presentation. * Work alongside the lead chef to contribute to menu development and creative culinary explorations. * Guide and support junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. * Maintain impeccable hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring consistent quality in every dish. * Assist in managing kitchen inventory, daily preparation, and the smooth flow of kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Experience in Asian cooking techniques, particularly wok cooking and dim sum, is highly valued. * A strong interest in learning and refining skills in Burmese cuisine. * Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a Pan-Asian culinary setting. * A dedication to delivering high-quality, flavorful dishes with a creative touch. * Proficiency with Asian cooking methods and ingredients. * A positive, team-oriented attitude with potential for leadership. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining composure and delivering excellent results under pressure. * A minimum of two years of relevant culinary experience is preferred.
