SUPERVISOR

Description

We are seeking a strong and organized leader to oversee a team within a fast-paced laundry environment. This role requires someone capable of managing workflow, ensuring adherence to client requirements, and maintaining a productive and disciplined work atmosphere. You'll be responsible for guiding and supporting your team in a demanding setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Directly manage a team of 12-24 workers, tailored to their individual skill levels. * Create and implement daily work routines to optimize team productivity. * Develop and manage team work schedules and rest days, aligning with client specifications. * Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining order. * Plan and adjust work assignments to meet fluctuating client demands. * Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. * Maintain accurate records of team attendance and productivity. * Resolve any team conflicts or workflow issues promptly and effectively. * Ensure a safe and organized work environment, despite the non-air-conditioned setting.
