Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to lead and manage the daily operations of our facility. This role demands a responsible leader who can ensure safety, maintain operational efficiency, and foster a positive working environment. Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage and direct the facility's daily operational flow. * Establish and enforce site safety and security protocols, including the development and implementation of site policies. * Perform routine inspections and maintenance of all systems and equipment, including monitoring emergency systems. * Respond effectively to emergencies, adhering to established protocols and completing necessary incident reports. * Lead, evaluate, and mentor staff, including conducting performance reviews, tracking attendance, and providing constructive feedback. * Participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees. * Define project objectives and oversee project completion, managing schedules and tracking progress. * Handle confidential information with utmost discretion. * Ensure adherence to all relevant company and regulatory standards, including contracted service agreements and licensing requirements. * Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding products and services.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management or a related discipline. * Current CPR and First Aid certification. * Significant experience in a management or supervisory capacity. * Competency in various computer operating systems and software applications. * Ability to interpret and understand technical documentation. * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. * Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team. * Capacity to build and maintain strong professional relationships with staff and clients. * Effective project management skills. * Ability to perform effectively under pressure. * Professional conduct and demeanor.
