Responsibilities and Duties

* Extend a warm welcome to customers, accurately record orders, and offer menu recommendations tailored to their preferences. * Process customer orders efficiently using the point-of-sale system. * Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as food items, with precision and care. * Proactively anticipate guest needs and promptly address any requests or concerns to ensure a delightful dining experience. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all sanitation standards. * Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and report any maintenance needs. * Monitor and manage inventory of beverages and bar supplies to prevent shortages. * Support and participate in the daily operational tasks of the restaurant.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possession of a valid Food Safety and Hygiene Certification. * A service-oriented mindset, with experience in a full-service restaurant environment. * Customer-focused approach, with knowledge of bartending techniques. * Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team. * Understanding of restaurant operations. * Availability for full-time or part-time employment.
