Description
This role involves the comprehensive management of customer service and operational efficiency within a restaurant environment. The individual will be responsible for resolving customer issues, maintaining high service standards, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring a clean and well-maintained establishment.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively. * Ensure the delivery of top-tier customer service throughout the dining experience. * Collaborate with the marketing department to communicate relevant information to staff. * Gather customer feedback and provide detailed reports to senior management. * Coordinate with the kitchen staff to maintain consistent food quality. * Handle administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and managing cash transactions. * Oversee daily housekeeping, ensuring the restaurant area maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. * Maintain equipment to ensure its longevity and proper functionality.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field. * Professional Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory or higher-level role within a hotel or restaurant setting. * Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
