Responsibilities and Duties

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile - Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate guest needs - Share menu knowledge and promote new dishes and specials - Assist in daily opening and closing tasks, ensuring cleanliness - Support kitchen and service teams with general operations - Assist with dishwashing and maintaining hygiene standards

Qualifications and Requirements

- Positive, cheerful, and customer-oriented - Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments - Minimum commitment: 20 hours per week for at least 6 months - Minimum GCE "N" or "O" Level, or related customer service certificate - No experience required; training provided - Prior F&B or customer service experience is a plus
