Responsibilities and Duties

* Take charge of and guide the food preparation procedures and all related kitchen activities. * Develop menus featuring innovative and classic culinary creations, ensuring variety and exceptional quality. * Inspect and refine dishes before they are served to customers, ensuring they meet the highest standards. * Plan and order necessary equipment and ingredients based on identified needs and shortages. * Arrange for necessary repairs and maintenance of kitchen equipment. * Address and resolve any issues or imperfections in food preparation or kitchen operations. * Assume full responsibility for the hiring, management, and training of all kitchen personnel. * Supervise and oversee the work of all subordinate kitchen staff. * Assess staff workloads and contribute to compensation considerations. * Maintain accurate records of payroll and staff attendance. * Ensure strict compliance with all nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards. * Cultivate a collaborative and respectful atmosphere among all kitchen team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 20 years of demonstrable experience within the food and beverage industry. * Willingness to work on holidays, various shifts, and accommodate changes in shift schedules as needed. * Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods. * Adaptability to work across different business locations. * Possession of a relevant degree or diploma in a culinary field.
