Assistant Restaurant Manager

We're searching for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to take the reins of our daily operations. Responsibilities and Duties

*Operational Oversight: You'll oversee all outlet operations, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. *Team Leadership: Take charge of hiring new talent and providing comprehensive training to your team. *Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth and efficient service. *Guest Satisfaction: Be the champion of customer satisfaction, expertly handling and resolving any guest concerns or complaints. *Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate stock inventory levels. *Reporting & Support: Compile daily sales reports and tackle any additional tasks as assigned. *Order Preparation: Prepare food orders as needed to support kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

*A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry. *Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to outstanding customer service. *Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other relevant restaurant guidelines. *This position is open to Singaporean candidates. *Ideally, you'll be able to start work immediately.
