An exciting full-time opportunity awaits an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager (with a background in bar management) to lead operations in Singapore. We are in search of a passionate and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to take charge of daily operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and drive financial success. Responsibilities encompass overseeing all front-of-house and back-of-house functions, managing profit and loss, upholding high standards, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee all daily operational aspects of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service. * Lead and inspire the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. * Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued. * Manage the restaurant's profit and loss, implementing strategies to maximize profitability. * Maintain consistently high standards in food and beverage quality, service, and overall presentation. * Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. * Manage and develop the restaurant team, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback. * Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste. * Address and resolve guest feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner. * Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of five years of progressive experience within the restaurant industry, with at least some of that time spent as a Restaurant Manager. * Demonstrated experience in a management role within a food and beverage establishment. * Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals. * Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions. * Experience managing profit and loss and implementing cost-control measures. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service. * Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within a restaurant setting. * Experience with bar management is highly desirable.
