We are a fast-growing F&B restaurant chain looking for motivated Kitchen Crew members to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities and Duties

*Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Operating Criteria (SOCs) to ensure consistent kitchen operations *Carry out stock checks regularly and ensure kitchen supplies are well-stocked *Ensure every dish meets the company’s quality and consistency standards *Assist with food prep in line with pre-set guidelines and portion controls *Prepare and organize all ingredients needed for smooth daily operations *Label and date all items before storing to uphold proper inventory practices *Keep the kitchen, equipment, and food prep areas clean, sanitized, and organized *Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols at all times *Comply with all workplace health and safety regulations *Take on additional duties or tasks as delegated by kitchen supervisors or management

Qualifications and Requirements

*Team player with a positive work ethic and willingness to learn *Ability to follow instructions and work independently *Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment *Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices is a plus *Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
