Reservation & Ticketing Executive

Description

We are looking for a Reservation & Ticketing Executive to join our team. The role involves managing bookings, assisting customers, handling ticketing processes, and contributing to strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in air ticketing, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage bookings and walk-in inquiries, overseeing the complete ticketing process. - Handle reservations, confirmations, amendments, and re-bookings for passengers accurately. - Address inquiries from passengers, agents, corporate clients, and BSPs through phone and email. - Process reservations, mileage redemptions, ticket issuance, schedule changes, and re-issuance efficiently. - Update and maintain passenger accounts, ensuring all profile changes are accurate. - Provide information on promotions, distribute relevant materials, and assist with forms. - Respond to feedback and complaints, collaborating with backend support to resolve issues promptly. - Participate in strategic planning, including analyzing needs and preparing budgets. - Identify new business opportunities during team discussions. - Coordinate ticket handling and manage event logistics. - Stay updated on market trends, airline requirements, and industry developments. - Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring adherence to quality management standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

- At least 2 years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of airfares and reservations. - Ability to work independently, maintain patience, and handle pressure effectively. - Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in air ticketing systems and GDS (Amadeus). - Bonus: Familiarity with the Sabre system.
