Reservation Sales Executive

This hospitality role focuses on managing guest reservations, ensuring smooth communication, and maximizing revenue. You'll process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, while providing accurate information and exceeding guest expectations. Responsibilities and Duties

* Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received through various channels (phone, email, etc.). * Ensure prompt and professional responses to all guest inquiries, typically within 24 hours. * Analyze guest needs to identify the most suitable room types and verify availability and rates. * Clearly explain guarantee policies, special rates, and cancellation procedures to guests. * Document and accommodate any special requests made by guests during the reservation process. * Answer guest questions regarding hotel facilities, services, and room features. * Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue generation for the establishment. * Maintain accurate reservation system data through proper input and retrieval. * Classify special room reservation types (complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel agent rates, etc.) using the correct codes and rates within the reservation system. * Follow established procedures for escalating guest concerns when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of one year of experience in a similar reservations role. * Fluency in written and spoken English. * Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests via phone and email.
