Responsibilities and Duties

* Daily Food Preparation: Take charge of daily food preparation and duties assigned by management, ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency. * Knowledge & Standards: Stay updated with new products, recipes, and preparation methods. Ensure all work complies with food hygiene policies. * Kitchen Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, and be aware of daily production needs to meet deadlines. * Team & Environment: Enable a positive work environment by providing constant feedback and reporting issues as they arise, and showing a willingness to carry out any other duties required.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role. * Strong knowledge of menu composition, recipes, production methods, and presentation standards. * Proficient in standard procedures for food preparation, receiving, and storage. * Experience in following a kitchen's chain of command and comfort with standard equipment functions. * A self-starter with the ability to manage deadlines for yourself and others, with a consistently positive attitude.
