Responsibilities and Duties

- Comprehensive Kitchen Training: Undergo thorough training and perform diverse duties within the kitchen, gaining hands-on experience in various roles. - Operational Support: Assist the restaurant's lead in ensuring the restaurant's day to day operations run flawlessly. - Rotational Learning: Develop a deep understanding of the restaurant's operations by rotating through different kitchen positions. - Hygiene and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring high standards of hygiene and general upkeep. - Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing kitchen standards and procedures, bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach. - Miseen Place Precision: Execute mise en place tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all ingredients are prepared to the highest standards. - Inventory Management: Handle daily stock ordering and control, ensuring efficient inventory levels and minimizing waste. - Problem Solving: Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, addressing challenges and finding solutions as they arise. - Flexible Task Completion: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management team, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Food and Beverage Experience: Possess at least 1 to 2 years of experience in the food and beverage or kitchen industry, demonstrating a foundational understanding of kitchen operations. - Positive Personality: Be a cheerful, enthusiastic, and approachable individual who enjoys interacting with people and working as part of a team.
