- Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces) - Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff - Follow instructions from the Executive Chef and ensure smooth kitchen coordination - Clean up workstation and manage leftover food properly - Maintain and organize inventory appropriately - Ensure timely and high-quality food preparation and service - Adhere to nutrition, sanitation, and food safety regulations - Maintain professionalism and positive teamwork with coworkers and customers
