Responsibilities and Duties

*Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and clearly communicate them to team members. *Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and creating effective work schedules. *Supervise and coach team members to ensure performance and productivity targets are met. *Monitor operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements. *Enforce strict compliance with safety guidelines and company operational standards. *Lead by example in maintaining a professional work ethic and team morale.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage daily operations effectively * Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and client representatives * Ability to assess and resolve daily operational issues in a timely manner * Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for safety protocols and work procedures * Willing to work night shifts, split shifts, weekends, or extra hours when required * Capable of preparing daily operational reports, including basic risk assessment when necessary
