Responsibilities and Duties

* Execute mise-en-place efficiently, including setting up a variety of ingredients and maintaining an organized workstation. * Prepare a wide range of ingredients to meet the highest standards of flavor and visual presentation. * Check the quality of all ingredients received and used. * Monitor ingredient inventory levels and quality, and initiate orders when shortages occur. * Understand and adhere to all food safety regulations, ensuring food is prepared and stored in a safe and sanitary manner. * Serve as a positive role model and provide guidance to junior kitchen team members.
