Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented team member to join our front-of-house operations. You will be the face of the dining experience—welcoming guests warmly, assisting with special requests, and ensuring every visit is comfortable and memorable. This role requires attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate closely with both guests and the service team. Responsibilities and Duties

*Provide a warm, genuine welcome and friendly service to every guest *Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction *Manage and communicate special requests (e.g., dietary needs, celebration cakes, floral arrangements, table preferences, and promotions) *Oversee table setup and arrangement before and during service to accommodate reservations or walk-ins *Check in with guests during their visit and follow up on feedback or concerns with the manager *Assist with any ad-hoc duties needed to support smooth operations

Qualifications and Requirements

*Willing to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays *Basic computer skills with good organizational habits *Self-motivated and able to take initiative *Strong communication and interpersonal abilities *A positive, guest-focused attitude and a team-player mindset
