Sales Manager

Description

This role involves directly interacting with customers to promote and sell skincare and beauty products within a retail setting. Key responsibilities include providing product information, conducting sales demonstrations, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Engage customers, provide product samples, and conduct sales presentations to promote products and services. * Offer personalized skincare consultations, including product recommendations and customized treatment plans. * Perform mini-facials and hand demonstrations to showcase product benefits. * Distribute product samples, brochures, and flyers to customers. * Actively listen to customer needs and build trusting relationships. * Achieve monthly sales targets and consistently strive to exceed expectations. * Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively. * Continuously enhance product knowledge to become a knowledgeable product expert for customers. * Conduct product training sessions for colleagues when needed. * Support daily retail operations and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least three years of proactive sales experience within a retail environment, specifically in the cosmetics industry. * Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the skincare or beauty industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. * Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage. * A passion for beauty and a sales-oriented mindset. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. * Positive and enthusiastic work attitude with a strong focus on achieving sales goals. * Availability to work 5-6 days per week in 8-hour rotating shifts, including weekends. * Willingness to work in a central location. * A desire for career growth and advancement within the company. * All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
