Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee the daily flow of restaurant activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations. * Direct and supervise all aspects of customer service, guaranteeing a consistently positive dining experience. * Maintain rigorous standards for food and beverage quality, ensuring they meet our established benchmarks. * Manage inventory, procure necessary supplies, and oversee budgetary and financial responsibilities. * Lead, train, and inspire a diverse team of service staff, cooks, and other restaurant personnel. * Address customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback with professionalism and diplomacy. * Perform any additional tasks as directed by the company.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of three years of experience within the food and beverage sector, ideally in a management capacity. * Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. * The capacity to handle multiple responsibilities within a high-energy, fast-paced setting. * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays. * Superior communication and customer service abilities. * Proven ability to motivate and effectively lead a team. * A solid understanding of food service health and safety regulations.
