You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service, from the moment we open our doors until we close. Your responsibilities will encompass serving our valued guests, maintaining our standards of quality, taking orders accurately, and addressing any guest feedback with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare the restaurant for opening each day and ensure all closing procedures are followed at the end of service. * Serve food and beverages to our guests with care and clear tables efficiently. * Maintain a consistently high standard of work, following all instructions provided by supervisors. * Take customer orders accurately and with attention to detail. * Perform any other duties assigned to support the smooth running of the restaurant. * Handle guest complaints and feedback in an efficient and effective manner, aiming for positive resolutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possess a minimum of two (2) years of working experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry . * Demonstrate proficiency in spoken English to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues. * Possess a pleasant and charming personality with a strong commitment to providing excellent service to our clientele. * Experience working with Japanese cuisine would be a significant advantage, given the diverse culinary scene. * Be available to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, as per a 5.5-day work week schedule, which is common in the hospitality sector.
