    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, encompassing both the front and back of house. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, maximizing guest satisfaction, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment for our team. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our restaurant's reputation and driving continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    * Oversee the day-to-day operations of both the dining area and the kitchen. * Provide outstanding service to guests and strive to exceed their expectations. * Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively. * Regularly assess the quality of our offerings and explore opportunities with new suppliers. * Organize and supervise staff schedules and shifts. * Evaluate employee performance and offer constructive feedback to enhance productivity. * Forecast future needs for supplies, kitchen tools, and cleaning materials. * Ensure strict adherence to all sanitation and safety regulations. * Uphold and enhance the restaurant's positive image, suggesting innovative ways to improve. * Manage operational expenses and identify strategies to minimize waste. * Generate comprehensive reports on weekly, monthly, and annual financial performance. * Train new and existing staff on best practices in customer service. * Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the long-term success of the restaurant.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    * Previous experience in a restaurant management role will be highly regarded. * Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively. * Strong organizational and leadership skills with the capacity to supervise and motivate a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Sound understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service and kitchen management. * Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations within the food service industry. * Ability to analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement. * Experience in training and developing staff. * Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
