Responsibilities and Duties

*Reporting directly to the Operation Manager, you'll provide essential assistance to the chefs and contribute to various kitchen tasks. Your responsibilities will include: *Ingredient Preparation: Help prepare and marinate ingredients, ensuring everything is ready for cooking. *Waste Management: Strictly follow the organization's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food waste management. *Food Arrangement: Organize prepared food items efficiently for collection. *Post-Operation Cleanup: Thoroughly clean and organize the kitchen area after operations conclude. *Team Guidance: Be able to handle and guide general workers, ensuring tasks are completed effectively. *Chef Support: Provide direct assistance to the Chef whenever needed. *Hygiene & Cleanliness: Continuously maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire kitchen area.
