Responsibilities and Duties

*Assist in preparing and cooking food items based on daily kitchen needs *Ensure meals are completed and served on time during peak hours *Maintain proper hygiene standards and ensure all food-handling procedures follow safety regulations *Support a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment *Prepare ingredients by portioning, cutting, and packing ahead of service times *Perform routine kitchen tasks such as receiving and storing ingredients and supplies *Follow quality control procedures to ensure food consistency and presentation *Assist with general back-of-house tasks and provide support wherever needed

Qualifications and Requirements

*Friendly, proactive, and willing to learn *Able to multitask and work well with others under pressure *Prior experience in food court or coffee shop settings is a bonus *Must be open to working weekends, public holidays, and staying for overtime when necessary
