Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist chefs with food preparation, including washing, chopping, and handling fresh seafood * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations * Support inventory management and supplies handling * Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to deliver quality dining experiences

Qualifications and Requirements

* 1 year of experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome * Positive attitude, hardworking, and eager to learn * Team player with strong passion for food * Food Safety Course Level 1 certification is a plus
