We are looking for a Kitchen Crew to join a seafood-focused kitchen in Kreta Ayer. The role involves handling fresh fish and shellfish, preparing and portioning seafood, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the kitchen. Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare daily mise en place and maintain a clean, organized station * Receive, inspect, and store fish and seafood following safety practices * Scale, gut, fillet, and portion fish according to kitchen specifications * Package, label, and store seafood products in compliance with hygiene standards * Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely * Track inventory, order supplies, and support seafood certification programmes

Qualifications and Requirements

* Previous F\&B experience preferred but not mandatory * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Positive attitude, well-groomed, and customer-oriented * Able to work weekends and public holidays
