Responsibilities and Duties

*Ingredient Preparation: Assist the Cook with preparing meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruits, vegetables, poultry, and meat. *Cooking Support: Help stir and heat soups and sauces as directed. *Dishwashing & Storage: Wash and properly store all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes. *Food Organization: Efficiently organize and store food supplies in the kitchen, cold room, and storeroom to ensure proper inventory management. *Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform any other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Company.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Availability: Able to perform split shifts and work on weekends and public holidays. *Work Ethic: Possess initiative, a hardworking approach, and a positive attitude to learn and contribute. *Communication: Have good communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective teamwork.
