Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in overall restaurant management. * Supervise and coordinate shifts; conduct pre-operation meetings. * Observe, teach, and correct staff service standards. * Order daily supplies. * Ensure adherence to quality standards. * Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures. * Develop positive working relationships with team. * Plan duty rosters. * Check staff punctuality and discipline. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints. * Handle administrative tasks and paperwork. * Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience in a restaurant environment, preferably in a supervisory role. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to train and mentor staff. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. * Proficiency in cash handling and inventory management. * Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * A proactive and positive attitude.
