A dedicated and meticulous individual is needed to support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring adherence to hygiene standards. This role focuses on providing essential support to the cooks and ensuring the efficient operation of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Clean and sanitize food preparation areas. * Wash and store cooking appliances, utensils, and dishes. * Assist with preparing meal ingredients (washing, cutting, etc.). * Transfer meal ingredients from storage to the kitchen. * Accurately measure meal ingredients. * Receive deliveries and verify order accuracy and quality. * Assist with unloading food supplies. * Assist in inventory duties. * Perform basic cleaning and sanitize workstations to HACCP standards. * Plate and present meal items. * Complete food preparations for assigned section. * Minimize kitchen wastage.
