Senior Finance Executive

Description

This role is responsible for contributing to the financial reporting process, including the preparation of consolidated financial statements, managing intercompany transactions, maintaining financial records for the holding company, and coordinating with external stakeholders like auditors and tax advisors.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group and its subsidiary entities. * Reconcile transactions and balances between related companies within the group. * Manage the complete set of financial accounts for the holding company. * Support the preparation of audited financial statements and the annual report. * Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banking institutions, and relevant government bodies. * Assist with various finance-related tasks, including maintaining financial records, performing reconciliations, and preparing audit schedules. * Manage quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) submissions. * Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA). * A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience. * Experience with group consolidation is considered a benefit. * Ability to commence employment immediately or with short notice.
