A local company is hiring an Operations Executive to ensure smooth daily operations and long-term efficiency of the business. This role requires managing facilities, resources, and performance metrics while assisting senior leadership with strategic planning and operational decision-making. Responsibilities and Duties

* Communicate with higher management to prepare and implement operational strategies * Assist in developing long-term business plans to achieve company goals * Manage commercial operations, expenses, and budgets * Oversee performance of internal and external service providers * Monitor condition of facilities and environmental performance * Provide a safe and productive work environment for employees * Track and evaluate performance metrics, reporting findings to management * Support higher executives, the company owner, and/or Board of Directors * Manage equipment, maintenance, and facilities upkeep

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in operations management * Strong strategic planning, organizational, and communication skills * Ability to manage budgets, resources, and performance outcomes * Experience in facility management and vendor/service provider oversight * Proven ability to work with senior executives and stakeholders
