Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

* Lead the team to consistently deliver top-tier service to every guest. * Oversee the restaurant's financial performance, ensuring profitability. * Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly reports to management. * Communicate any operational concerns to management promptly. * Implement and enforce all internal procedures effectively. * Maintain the restaurant's appearance and condition at an exemplary standard. * Guarantee consistently high service standards across all aspects of the restaurant. * Resolve escalated customer complaints and report all significant issues to the company. * Provide recommendations for hiring and termination to management. * Collaborate with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction. * Maintain optimal staffing levels within budget guidelines to ensure excellent guest service. * Plan, organize, and delegate tasks for function and event setups and execution. * Conduct regular team meetings to foster effective communication. * Be available and dedicate time to interact with guests. * Implement disciplinary actions fairly and responsibly, adhering to company standards. * Address all matters diplomatically and equitably. * Stay informed about competitors' activities, including pricing and promotions, and provide insights to management. * Ensure full compliance with all licensing regulations. * Maintain awareness of and adhere to fire and safety regulations. * Maximize restaurant efficiency through regular training and development. * Coordinate all company marketing initiatives. * Foster strong public relations both internally and externally.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of six years of relevant experience, with at least three years in a management position. * Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or a related field. * Strong financial management skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities. * A customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to service quality. * Excellent planning and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. * Ability to motivate and inspire team members. * Capability to multitask and perform well under pressure. * Self-reliant and highly motivated. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * A positive and energetic personality. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous. * Ability to excel in a challenging environment.
