Description

Cook Western and Japanese cuisine with extensive knowledge of recipes and techniques.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Operate the kitchen efficiently and supervise kitchen staff - Track inventory, maintain recipes, and ensure food quality - Coordinate preparation of all meals - Use kitchen tools and appliances (e.g., food processors, mixers, ovens, grills) - Ensure quality plating/packaging of meals - Maintain the cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment - Stock and manage cleaning materials according to hygiene regulations

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in cooking Western & Japanese cuisine

- Able to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays (work night shifts and split shifts)
