We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, maintaining our high standards of food and beverage quality, and managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the restaurant's day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. * Coordinate and supervise all aspects of service, guaranteeing a positive experience for every customer. * Monitor the quality of food and beverages, ensuring they consistently meet our high standards. * Manage inventory, order necessary supplies, and oversee budgetary and financial aspects of the restaurant. * Lead, train, and motivate a team of waitstaff, cooks, and other restaurant personnel. * Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. * Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities. * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. * Availability to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to motivate and effectively lead a team. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to food service.
