Sales Manager

Description

This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual to drive sales growth within the company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse range of products, primarily focusing on valves, steel plates, pipes, and fittings. This position demands a proactive approach to business development, strong customer relationship management, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Actively market and sell a wide range of products, including valves, steel plates, pipes, and fittings. * Maintain and expand sales relationships with existing customers. * Develop and cultivate new sales accounts to increase market penetration. * Ensure customer credit discipline and maintain healthy accounts receivable. * Evaluate and manage sales performance to identify areas for improvement. * Provide exceptional pre- and post-sales service to build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and follow-up with potential clients. * Generate monthly sales reports to track performance and identify trends. * Travel domestically and internationally as required for business development and customer meetings. * Undertake other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on marketing steel plates, pipes, fittings, flanges, and valves. * Possession of an existing client base within the relevant industry is highly advantageous. * Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Chinese dialects is essential. * A positive and approachable demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A strong interest in sales, marketing, and interacting with people. * Possession of personal transportation is required. * A willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
