SUPERVISOR

Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to oversee and coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and consistent productivity. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage resources and communicate with stakeholders. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations and upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Supervise and track daily operational activities to maximize efficiency and maintain continuous productivity. * Manage the daily operational budget and associated expenses. * Create and manage the daily staff deployment schedule and assign duties effectively. * Act as a representative of management and support the supervisor in communicating and resolving daily work-related matters with the client's management as needed. * Prepare comprehensive daily reports on operational performance, including risk assessments where applicable. * Ensure that all staff members on-site adhere to established protocols and safe work procedures daily. * Must be available and willing to work night shifts and split shifts as required. * Must be able to work additional hours or weekends when necessary to meet operational demands.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience in overseeing and monitoring daily operations, preferably in a dynamic environment. * Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control expenses effectively. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to create and manage staff schedules and assignments. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders. * Ability to prepare clear and concise reports on operational performance. * A strong commitment to ensuring adherence to safety protocols and work procedures. * Must be flexible and available to work night shifts and split shifts. * Willingness to work extra hours and weekends as needed to support operational requirements.
