Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage and direct all daily activities within the catering kitchen. * Supervise and guide the catering food production team. * Design and create new and appealing items for the catering menu. * Implement strategies for cost control and maintain desired profit margins. * Ensure the kitchen environment adheres to all food hygiene and safety regulations. * Assess prepared food items to guarantee consistent quality and adherence to standards. * Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments regarding catering orders and any related matters. * Regularly review kitchen standard operating procedures, processes, and practices to identify areas for improvement.
